With this role you’ll oversee a team of customer service agents, both on-site and remotely, with a goal of increasing Playermaker’s brand loyalty, customer satisfaction, and high quality services for B2B and B2C products.

Responsibilities 

• Measuring and reporting departmental KPIs to ensure continual improvement
• Consistently demonstrate customer service excellence and standard methodologies
• Maintain SLA targets and provide feedback to agents
• Collect insights from customers inquiries across all platforms and share it with Product, Marketing and Sales teams
• Engage proactively with clients regarding potential issues with the intent of retaining them
• Work closely with Tier 2 to quickly resolve complex problems and to reduce escalations
• Build and track support tickets for each issue with a high level of detail, log all contacts, accurately categorize issues, and follow up appropriately

Requirements: 

• High level of writing and communication in English
• Analytical thinking and process oriented 
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing large teams
• Full control of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in B2C  customer service

We are looking for an Engineering TL to join the team and be the leading technical figure in the development of our sensors. As our Engineering TL you will be in charge of the entire life cycle of our physical product (HW /FW / Mechanics) , from definition to delivery and ongoing support. You will be leading our engineering team and will be working closely with our R&D and product departments.  

Responsibilities:

• Lead and review the design, implementation and testing of new HW and FW features

• Work together with different R&D teams to ensure the overall system architecture is aligned with the product requirements

• Plan, lead and manage complex integration and testing processes involving HW, FW, SW, algorithms and mechanics

• Monitor and perform Root Cause Analysis on HW and SW issues and provide solutions to increase our product’s reliability

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in designing and building IoT devices or similar electronic systems

• B.sc (or above) in electrical engineering or a related field

• Excellent problem-solving skills and system-level understanding

• Experience with wireless communication protocols (preferably BLE)

• Familiarity with HW development process steps (parts selection, board design, PCB layout, testing and debugging)

• Over 2 years of experience in embedded software design, development, and testing in C/C++ – advantage 

• Experience with real time operating systems (e.g FreeRTOS) – advantage

• Experience with motion sensors – huge advantage

• Experience with BLE applications development in Android / iOS – advantage

We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join the G&A team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, experienced, detail-oriented and highly reliable bookkeeper seeking a fast paced, dynamic and high energy work environment located in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

·        Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner.

·        Controlling and monitoring cash flow by managing and reconciling banks and credit cards.

·        Accounts payable reconciliation, prepare and manage the payments cycle for all the Company including global vendors.

·        Support with revenue-oriented reports, analysis AR and collection.

·        Assist with inventory closing and controls

·        Assist with financial procedures and policies design and implementation.   

·        Support in end-to-end month, quarter, and year closing.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Manage inbound communication with users across multiple channels, taking the lead on landing pages, email marketing, in-app banners, etc.

We are now looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our Performance Marketing team.

You will create and manage high-budget user acquisition campaigns, developing the overall strategy, creatives, optimizations and analysis. Your focus will be on Google campaigns (Search, YouTube, Display), but you will collaborate with other team members managing campaigns in multiple channels and platforms. 

Responsibilities include:

• Create and manage high-budget Google campaigns (Search, YouTube, GDN).
• Identify opportunities to increase traffic and maximize revenues.
• Analyze campaign performance working with large data-sets to optimize according to the company, team, and personal KPIs
• Implement testing methodologies and best practices to ensure constant improvement of KPI’s.
